There will be a new look to the Historic Sports Car Club’s magazine this year when it will perform a dual role as a members’ magazine and a race day programme at six of the club’s race meetings.

Across the season, ‘Historic Racing’ will be published as both a club magazine and a programme with full entry lists, features, previews and news.

The programme will be free of charge to racing members and marshals who will be able to collect it at the relevant event and copies will be made available for members of the public to purchase at £5. Members will also be able to download an e-version of the publication in the run up to the race meeting.

Andy Dee-Crowne, CEO of the HSCC, said: “We have listened to the wishes of our members and our marshals regarding both the magazine and the programme. We think this new format will work well and serve two purposes, whilst containing the ever growing costs of printing and publishing for the club.”

The first edition of ‘Historic Racing’ for 2024 will be available at Snetterton on April 20-21. Further editions will centre on the HSCC race meetings at Cadwell Park (May), Donington Park (June), Brands Hatch GP (July), Croft (August) and Silverstone (October).
