The Historic Sports Car Club is monitoring the situation regarding travel to Europe ahead of planned events at Spa-Francorchamps (25-27 September and 10/11 October) and Dijon-Prenois (3/4 October).

The Club is urging all racing members to continue to enter these events, with a reminder that no entry fees will be taken before the closing date for the event. The September Spa date features HSCC Closed Wheel races covering a range of HSCC categories and Formula Junior, while the October Spa date is for Historic Formula 2. The Dijon event includes races for HSCC Thundersports, Classic Formula 3, Formula Junior and the new Geoff Lees Trophy for 1980s single-seaters.

Planning for all three events is continuing while the Club officials monitor the situation and announcements from the UK government regarding travel during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

HSCC CEO Andy Dee-Crowne said: “The situation is currently changing daily and we will update our members as soon as we have more news. The well-being our of teams and drivers is the most important consideration. We are currently planning for these three events and urge racing members to enter the race meetings as usual.”
