The Historic Sports Car Club has unveiled a superb 2023 race calendar with 10 major race weekends between late April and early November.

Of those dates, eight will be race weekends focused on the club’s own race championships and series, while the HSCC will also be the organising club for Classic Silverstone at the end of August and the Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone in early November.

Both Silverstone and Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuits feature on the schedule as well as returns to Snetterton, Cadwell Park, Donington Park and Croft as well as the annual Silverstone Finals Meeting in mid-October.

The International Trophy meeting on the Silverstone GP circuit moves to the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May, while the Legends of Brands Hatch Super Prix meeting will become a three-day event from 14 to 16 July, featuring race action on the Indy circuit on Friday followed by two days on the full Grand Prix circuit on Saturday and Sunday.

The Cadwell Park meeting on 6/7 May will coincide with the Royal Coronation and various events and activities will be incorporated into the race weekend to celebrate the coronation of King Charles. Special trophies and paddock events and activities will honour the coronation of the new king during Saturday’s race programme.
