SUMMARY:Snetterton
DESCRIPTION:Later in April\, the focus switches to East Anglia for a two-day meeting on the Snetterton 300 circuit in celebration of the late Jim Russell. On 23/24 April\, a full weekend of racing will include some guest races not normally seen on the Club’s schedule. A number of the Club’s championships will be in action\, including 70s Road Sports\, Historic Touring Cars and 80s Production\, all of which will have qualifying and both races on Sunday. \nOn track both days of the weekend are Historic Road Sports\, Historic Formula Ford\, Classic Formula Ford\, Historic Formula 3 and Historic Formula Ford 2000. Welcome guests races on Saturday are for Ecurie Classic Racing and the Classic and Modern Motorsport Club. Out on both days of the weekend\, will be welcome guest grids from the Monoposto Racing Club. \nThe Snetterton 300 circuit offers the chance to really stretch a car’s legs on some wide open spaces with a series of fast and medium speed corners within the neatly redeveloped complex. Recent major improvements to the A14 and A11 trunk roads make getting to Snetterton easier than ever before\, with dual carriageway right to the circuit entrance.
