HSCC Historic Formula 2 FIA-sanctioned International Series – the cars and drivers
Here is a gallery of all the cars and drivers who have competed so far in the HSCC Historic Formula 2 FIA-sanctioned International Series in 2017. More drivers will be added as the season develops.
Gwyn Pollard races an ex-Fred Opert Racing Chevron B29 and has stepped up to the 2-litre F2 class for 2017.

Robert Simac from France won the Historic F2 title four times in a row from 2013 to 2016. He races the ex-Jaussaud March 712M.
Luciano Arnold from Switzerland races the ex-Silvio Moser Brabham BT36.
Graham Adelman races the stunning ex-Brambilla Ferrari 166 Dino, chassis 4.
Peter Alexander races the ex-Richard Morgan Chevron B29, now owned by Chris Sharples.
Klaus Bergs from Germany races the ex-Bob Wollek Rondel Racing Brabham BT36.
Frazer Gibney joined the Historic F2 grid in 2016 and races a March 782. He won round 1 of the 2017 series at Donington Park.
Paul Bason races a 1600cc F2 March 712. He is a long-standing member of the Historic F2 fraternity.
Mike Bletsoe-Brown races a Chevron B27.
Jamie Brashaw, a former Classic Formula 3 champion, races a Chevron B25.
Martin commutes from his home in Australia to race a Chevron B17C and is now a major rival to Robert Simac in the 1600cc F2 class.
Dublin-based Dan Daly, who runs an engine reconditioning business, races a Ralt RT1.
Mark Dwyer is a leading contender in a March 742 and finished second in round 2 of the 2017 season at Donington Park.
Richard Ellingworth is in his second season of F2 in 2017 with a March 782.
Richard Evans is a regular F2 pace-setter in his March 742 and is a winner in both Formula 2 and Formula Atlantic cars. He won round 2 of the 2017 season at Donington Park.
Former sports-prototype racer Daniel Gibson is new to Historic F2 in 2017 with the ex-Warren Booth Chevron B42.
Olivier Huez from France is new to Historic F2 in 2017 with a March 722.
Alain Lagache from France races a March 712 in the 1600cc class.
John Lord joined the Historic F2 grid for 2017 with a Ralt RT1, a car raced by Manfred Winkelhock and Axel Plankenhorn in period for the Italian Cassani team.
Former Historic F3 racer Julian Maynard joined the HF2 grid for 2017 in the ex-Jimmy Miuesset March 742.
Steve Seaman races the ex-Eddie Cheever Ralt RT1.
Lincoln Small races the ex-Derek Bell Brabham BT30.
Australia-based ex-pat Steven Weller races a rare Elfin 600B.

Chris WillieFormer karting ace Chris Willie is new to Historic F2 in 2017 in a Chevron B29, which he rebuilt over the previous four seasons.
Mike Wrigely, a highly experienced racer in everything up to and including Historic F1, races a Formula Atlantic March 79B.
Matthew Wrigley steps up from Historic Formula Ford to join his father Mike on the grid with a Ralt RT1.
